About Us

Founding farmer, Beth Lucas, is an education professional, private school founder, 

former restaurant owner, and former government planner. She was fortunate to purchase 

13 acres in beautiful Athens, AL with her four daughters to realize her dream 

of playing in the dirt and bringing joy to others through floriculture.

Along with over 20 years at the helm of successful entrepreneurship ventures and organizational management, Beth has a 24-year background working in horticultural propagation and landscape design. With deep expertise and a passion for growing, Beth launched Lucas Ferry Flower Farm in 2022.

We can always use VOLUNTEERS to help keep LFFF fun and beautiful. LFFF is a small family owned business.
